1. Payment is due in $US within 30 days of  your receipt of invoice.

2. Shipping cost is added to invoice.

3. Payment in advance may be required.

All products are for in vitro diagnostic or research use only. The goods sold, and service, information provided are based on the agreement that the customer is solely responsible for the determining the suitability of the goods for the purpose intended. The buyer assumes all the risk of using the product and AC Diagnostics is not responsible for any direct or indirect, damages of any kind resulting from the use of the products.

Damages or breakages in shipping or storage of delivered goods must be notified to AC Diagnostics within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. No returned goods will be accepted without prior agreement. AC Diagnostics reserves the right to charge a restocking and/or cancellation fee.

IMPORT LICENSE AND OTHER DOCUMENTATION

There may be restrictions or prohibitions of the importation of certain antibodies, conjugates, reaction controls or other reagents into certain countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide AC Diagnostics with any required documentation to accompany the product. AC Diagnostics will not be held responsible for any decay of goods or incurred cost due to the delay at customs in the recipient country. AC Diagnostics will also not be under any obligation to replace, or apply credit for the damaged goods caused by such delay.
