It is easy and convenient: To Place An Order
Brief: Streptomycin is an antibiotic drug, the first of a class of drugs called aminoglycosides to be discovered, and was the first antibiotic remedy for tuberculosis. It is derived from the actinobacterium Streptomyces griseus. The Streptomycin ELISA Test Kit is advanced on sample pre-treatment, which don’t need C18 column. And the sensitivity is 0.1 ppb.
Principle: The Streptomycin ELISA Test Kit is based on the competitive enzyme immunoassay for the detection of Streptomycin in meat, liver(chicken), milk, honey, etc. The protein conjugated antigen is pre-coated on the micro-well stripes. The Streptomycin in the testing sample competes with the protein conjugated antigens pre-coated on the micro-well stripes for the antibodies against Clenbuterol. After the addition of the enzyme conjugate, the TMB substrate is added for coloration. The optical density (OD) value of the testing sample has a negative correlation with the content of Streptomycin in it. This value is compared to the standard curve and the content of the corresponding Streptomycin is subsequently obtained.
