1.  Components of PathogenID Text Kit

Coated Plates

96-well plates coated with specific capture polyclonal antibody (PAb) or monoclonal antibody (MAb) Empty plates for indirect ELISA
Detecting Conjugate Alkaline Phosphatase, Specific antibody enzyme conjugate, or anti-species antibody enzyme conjugate. Enzyme conjugate is 1x solution and ready to use.
BluePhos Substrate Part A and Part B, 1x. BluePhos substrate includes two parts of 1x solutions and is ready to use.  Mix equal volumes of Part A and Part B in a container immediately before use.
Controls Positive control and negative control,  18 test wells per battle.
Buffers PBST Washing Buffer (powder), Tween-20 (for PBST and sample buffer), *SB1 General Sample buffer (powder), *SB4 grape sample buffer (powder), *SB5 blueberry sample buffer (powder) (*Only one of the three buffers is included in DAS and TAS ELISA)
Instruction Specific test instructions for each of the three different PathogenID Formats.
