PRODUCT INFORMATION 1. Source Materials Antibody: Polyclonal antibody (PAb) and monoclonal antibody (MAb) used in the products are specifically purified. Conjugate: All the antibodies are conjugated with enzyme alkaline phosphatase. Conjugate with horseradish peroxidase are available by customer request. Positive controls: Proceeded viral materials for using as positive control in our ELISA test only. Negative controls: Healthy plant tissues, tested and confirmed to be free of virus, and should only be used as negative control in the designated ELISA test. 2. ELISA formats DAS ELISA: Double antibody sandwich ELISA. Procedure: Wash: Wash the plate 4-5 times with PBST. Tap the plate on several layers of paper towel. Sample: Ground sample with sample buffer at 1:10 dilution. Add the sample extract into plat at 100 ul /well and incubate in a humidity box for 2.5 hours at ambient temperature. Wash: Wash the plate 7-8 times with PBST. Tap the plate on several layers of paper towel. Conjugate: Dilute enzyme conjugate with EC buffer. Add into the plate at 100ul/well and incubate in a humidity box for 2.5 hours at ambient temperature. Wash: Wash the plate 7-8 times with PBST. Tap the plate on several layers of paper towel. Substrate: Dissolve PNP tablet in substrate buffer. Add the substrate into plate at 100 ul/well, and incubate for 60 min at room temperature. Read the plate with an ELISA reader at 405 nm.

Conjugate: Dilute enzyme conjugate Bottle A and Bottle B with EC buffer. Add into the plate at 100ul/well and incubate in a humidity box for 2.0 hours at ambient temperature. Wash: Wash the plate 7-8 times with PBST. Tap the plate on several layers of paper towel. Substrate: Dissolve PNP tablet in substrate buffer. Add the substrate into plate at 100 ul/well, and incubate for 60 min at room temperature. Read the plate with an ELISA reader at 405 nm. |
