It is easy and convenient: To Place An Order
Brief: Gentamicin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic, used to treat many types of bacterial infections, particularly those caused by Gram-negative bacteria. The Gentamycin ELISA Test Kit can be used for testing chicken, pork, liver sample and so on
Principle: The Gentamycin ELISA Test Kit is based on the competitive enzyme immunoassay for the detection of Gentamicin in the meat and liver(chicken). The enzyme conjugate is pre-coated on the micro-well stripes. The Gentamycin in the testing sample competes with the coupling antigen pre-coated on the micro-well stripes for the antibody against Gentamicin. After the addition of the enzyme conjugate, the TMB substrate is added for coloration. The optical density (OD) value of the testing sample has a negative correlation with the content of Gentamicin in it. This value is compared to the standard curve and the content of the corresponding Gentamicin subsequently obtained.
